Sharkey Custom Homes will assist you in finding just the right lot or land, and we are always happy to build on property you already own. We have select lots in the most desirable subdivisions in Lubbock. Sharkey Custom Homes also will travel to surrounding West Texas communities to build you dream home at your dream location.

Step 2—House Plan Design & Amenity Discovery

Jason Sharkey works one on one with you on every aspect of the design phase. You will have the benefit of years upon years of “Design to Finished Product” experience on your side. All these elements assure that your vision is brought to life.

Step 3—Pre Construction and Cost Bidding

At this point, we will meet with each and every subcontractor and apply professional stewardship regarding your home's construction specifics and finished amenities. Each building professional will provide a written bid to keep on file for each and everything detail in your homes construction. This step is crucial to eliminating the “guessing game“ that most builders play with their clients.

Step 4—Construction

Enjoy the excitement as your home is swiftly and skillfully constructed! Throughout the construction phase, you will be updated consistently via electronic or phone messages and regular onsite meetings.
